Q: Is parking available?

All SC Residences properties are within walking distance of USC. Tommy's Place on 36th is located at 1273 W 36th Place, steps from the Downey Way west campus entrance. Our 30th Street properties are near USC Village and the Greek Row neighborhood, a short walk from the west side of campus.

Gated on-site parking is available at all properties however it is not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for individual leases. Contact us to confirm parking availability when you apply.

Q: Are the rooms furnished?


Q: When can I move in?

Yes. All furnished rooms include a full-sized bed frame, mattress, mattress encasement, and study desk at no extra cost. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, please contact us directly.

All properties are guaranteed by August 10th. Flexible move-in dates range between August 1st thru the 15th depending on the previous occupants vacancy dates. While we cannot guarantee an early move-in we do our best to accommodate all incoming tenants as best possible.

Absolutely — group leases are one of our most popular options to save $$$. We offer full-unit and full-house group leases at Tommy's Place on 36th (up to 3 per unit), The Mid on 30th, and 1321 on 30th (up to 5 students). Contact us to discuss your group size and which property fits best.

All properties include a monthly utilities credit covering gas, and electricity. Tenants are responsible for usage beyond the credited amount. The landlord covers water, trash, sewer and monthly cleaning. WiFi is also included and does not go towards the monthly utilities credit.

All SC Residences properties are within the USC-DPS security patrol area and fall within the Lyft Safe Ride program boundary — two key safety indicators for off-campus USC housing. We recommend reviewing USC's off-campus safety resources as well.

Now. Seriously — the best units are leased by early spring. USC students start securing off-campus housing as early as November for the following fall. Apply or inquire today to secure your spot.
